● Main technical indicator
Tensile strength test: after the test, the break position is on the side of copper pipe and than 10mm from welding seam.
Bend test: after being bent by 180°, welding seam is not fractured, after bent forward and backward by 20°for two times, welding seam is not fractured.
Test of atmospheric pressure: when atmospheric pressure in the pipe is up to 2.2±0.1Pa/cm2, welding seam does not leak gas.
Test of water pressure: when atmospheric pressure in the pipe is up to 3±0.1Pa/cm2, welding seam does not leak gas.
Test of vacuum helium: leaking rate is less than 1.3×109Pa·m3/s-1 (108托升/s)
Test of alternation of cold and heat: under the condition of -50℃5min, alternate cold and heat in turns for 50 times, leaking rate of helium ≤ 1.3 *109Pa · m3/s-1.
Inspection of metallography: inspect that if welding surface of copper and aluminium is welded well and if there are dreg of copper and aluminium with metallography microscope of 100 times.
● Operation instructions of TLG series of tie-in of copper aluminum pipe
Copper end can be welded with copper piece; aluminium end can be welded with aluminium piece. The products are extremely easy to being uses. Using the product simplify users' production technology, improve production efficiency, reduce the production cost. When using, the product should be prevented from being collided for protecting the paint on the surface, which will influence the appearance. When tie-in of copper aluminum pipe is bent, crooked radius (r) is 4 times of external diameter, the distance between crooked point and welding point is ≥30mm.
The joint pipe of air conditioner has three forms: window type, hanging type and closet type.
